Op de Hogewoerd bieden wij een grote gestoffeerde studio aan. De studio is ruim 30m2 groot en beschikt over een eigen keuken. De badkamer en toilet worden gedeeld met 1 andere huurder.

Voor het gebruik van internet en wasmachine wordt er €15,00 extra gerekend, dit wordt door de huurders onderling betaald.

De historische binnenstad van Leiden is de op een na grootste van Nederland. Oude grachten en kades, kleine steegjes, hofjes en historische gebouwen bepalen het beeld. Bewoners dienen een parkeervergunning aan te vragen. De A4 en A44 naar Amsterdam en Den Haag zijn goed te bereiken.
Vrijwel alle stads- en streekbussen komen door de Leidse binnenstad. Een halte is altijd op loopafstand. Hiervandaan kunt u snel en gemakkelijk overal in Leiden en wijde omgeving komen. Elke paar minuten gaat er een bus naar het Centraal Station van Leiden, waarvandaan u binnen een kwartier naar Den Haag en Schiphol reist, en in nog geen half uur naar Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Utrecht.
